Vi er en småbarnsfamilie som vil dele det koselige gjestehuset vårt. Her har du gode muligheter for sykling, padling, fiske, dykking, bading osv. Overnattingsstedet ligger helt ned mot sjøen. Bakeri, spisesteder og shoppingmuligheter i nærheten. Frøya er ca 7 minutter unna med bil. Det er ikke vaskemaskin sengeklær, laken å håndklær må tas med dyner 140*200 puter 50*70 Leieboer forlater huset slik det er når de kommer. Bad, kjøkken og gulv skal vaskes. Søppel tas med å kastes. Velkommen☀️☀️

Beautiful and newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have double beds and the living room has a double sleeping couch. Quiet place, perfect location with private beach. Amazing sea view. Large deck around the house and a roof terrace. Hitra is known for its fantastic fishing, diving, deer hunting and lots of possibilities for hiking and biking. Local food nearby, grocery store and restaurant. Boat rental (Angel Amfi, Grefsnesvågen) is 3.5 km from the house.

Like ved sjøkanten, med nærhet til kommunesenteret Fillan, med butikker, bassenganlegg, bowling,restauranter og fritidsaktiviteter. Sol fra tidlig morgen til sen kveld kan nytes på den store terrassen. På vinteren er det oppkjørte skiløyper flere steder på Hitra. Nordlys. Velkommen til Smågasjøveien 71 - en perle ved sjøkanten. Eiendommen ligger idyllisk til på Hitra og kan skilte med upåklagelige sol- og utsiktsforhold. Eiendommen består av fritidsbolig, utebod og anneks. Fritidsboligen har stue/kjøkken med fantastisk utsikt, fire soverom (ink. anneks), bad og toalettrom. Hytta er vesentlig oppgradert i 2016. Annekset er på ca 15 kvm. Har kan du og familien nyte solrike dager med fiske fra land eller båt. Båten ligger i marina ca. 500 meter fra hytten.
