Έλατα, πλατάνια και βελανιδιές αποτελούν το σκηνικό της περιοχής και τη θέα του σπιτιού. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται 50 μέτρα έξω από το γραφικό χωριό Καμπιά το οποίο είναι χτισμένο στην πλαγιά της ρεματιάς. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για όσους αγαπούν τη φύση, το βουνό κι αναζητούν την ηρεμία και τη χαλάρωση.

Είναι χτισμένο σε πευκοδάσος και σε 10 μ. από την είσοδο υπάρχει ακρογιαλιά όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το μπάνιο σας στα πεντακάθαρα νερά του Σαρωνικού. Απέχει από το λιμάνι 16 Χιλ.
