The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

House Eden has a beautiful view of mountains from all rooms and has a nice garden where you can rest in shadow. It is ideal for two families, as it has two bathrooms, next to three bedrooms on the first floor and a toilet, on the ground floor. There is also a large bedroom for kids, with a playing area. The kitchen and a dining area are really large, with everything you need to prepare a larger feast. In the living room there is a TV and Wi-Fi. The house is close to Bled - 15 min on foot.

In the combined living room/kitchen there is a cozy sofa bed, smart TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities: large fridge, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, normal coffee maker, kettle, etc. are available. On cold winter days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

If you stay at this centrally located home, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. A bakery and shops are open from Monday to Sunday in the summer season. We are located at the foot of Gerlitzenstraße, so the summit is easy to reach. A private garden area is available, perfect for quiet summer evenings or time in the garden with family. Free access to Lake Ossiach is within walking distance.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
