We have run the farm as a dairy farm, but that is also history. Now that we have retired, we have devoted a little extra love and care to this house. It has been renovated and become 2 apartments. The cottage is located on Böda vicarage and is part of our farm but the cottage is screened and has its own small garden and patio . On the farm there are animals , a horse , a dog and a cat . Only 150 meters from the beach you will find our charming summer house on Öland in Byrum-Sandvik. The house is located on a hill with a beautiful view through the pine trees toward the sea and the sunset, from the veranda that goes around the house. The place is quiet and beautiful. Placed in a national reserve, Byrum-Sandvik is ideal for nature walks or bikes along the coast or in the woods. You can easily take a trip to Byxelkrok for lunch or Böda Sand for mini-golf or other fun activities.

Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.
