The house also has a great porch facing the evening sun and balcony on the second floor as well as a great garden with patio furniture. Final cleaning, towels and bed linen are not included. Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

On the farm, there was a royal inn a long time ago. There, the king and his entourage could eat, rest and change to rested horses on their journey through the country. This was a long time ago. We have run the farm as a dairy farm, but that is also history. Now that we have retired, we have devoted a little extra love and care to this house. It has been renovated and become 2 apartments. The cottage is located on Böda vicarage and is part of our farm but the cottage is screened and has its own small garden and patio . On the farm there are animals , a horse , a dog and a cat . The horse pasture goes next to the cottage garden . Here you live cozy on a farm in the middle of central Böda with the church as a view .

Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.
