On the furnished balcony you can start the day with breakfast or end comfortably. Bus stop, pharmacy, ice cream shop, bookstore, small indoor swimming pool, butcher and two bakeries with breakfast can be reached in just 1-2 minutes.

Im Sommer kann man in der nähe gelegene Freibad entspannen. Bushaltestellen sind auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Eine Supermarkt, Gastronomie, Friseur Salon, Apotheke, Volksbank, und Sparkasse sind in der Nähe.

The apartment has an open living/dining area with kitchen, a daylight bathroom with shower. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed. From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the three Kaiserberge and nature right on your doorstep. Despite the quiet location, you have a very good connection to the B29 and are only a 10-minute walk from the train station.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

We offer you an attic apartment with the charm of the 50s. The house is situated in a quiet village street with a Romanesque church, horse trampling and old tractor idyll. Through the beautiful park, the village center can be reached in about 15 minutes. There are doctors, a pharmacy, Rewe, and a gas station. Welcome to our apartment under Rosenstein. The apartment was completely newly built in 2019. The very well-equipped apartment is located on the 1st upper floor, accessible via a staircase with separate entrance. The sunny 3-room apartment has 85 square meters, a balcony with a magnificent view of the Rosenstein. Lovely and bright apartment in the middle of Heubach in a residential and commercial building. There is an office corner for home office. Monitor (23 inches) and input devices (mouse and keyboard) are provided. From the balcony, there is a magnificent view of the Rosenstein. From this centrally located place you can get to Schwäbisch and Aalen very quickly. Heubach itself has a lot to offer (sights, outdoor pool, indoor pool, Bike the Rock, Altes Sudhaus, ...)

The location is wonderful for walking and cycling,climbing on the Rosenstein and excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Also Legoland or Schwabenpark are not far away!(About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180x200 and the other box spring bed is 140x200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included!
