It is 5 minutes from the Center and practically next to the Vila Germânica, where the biggest events in the city take place, including Oktoberfest. There are two bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite. The other bedroom has double beds, which can accommodate 4 people, and the cozy, retractable sofa can be used as a bed for the seventh guest. 3 Air-Conditioners. Cozy Kitnet near the Center.

My place is near Downtown, nightlife, Ramiro Park, Vila Germanica. The Kitnet is simple but cozy, plus air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room. The internet is powerful, 600MB, fiber optic, never fails. Kitnet is close to everything, supermarkets, downtown, bars. It is a great space for couples, young people, people who are comfortable with life.
