We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Welcome to Chata 40 in the village of Ruda nad Moravou, Hostice, Czech Republic. Newly renovated cottage where traditional atmosphere meets modern amenities. Distance from Šumperk only 10km, Horský Resort Buková hora 18km, Dolní Morava 28 km... Wellness cottage with year-round activities. Enjoy a luxurious Finnish sauna, an outdoor stainless steel hot tub with always fresh water, or a summer pool for perfect refreshment. The cottage is fenced and for the exclusive use of the guests staying. Events/parties are not allowed.

Our cottage from 1895 is located in the heart of Jeseníky in Vrba pod Pradědem with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful Jeseník nature and a short distance away the forest begins. The large garden provides tranquility, from which there is a beautiful view, whether from the terrace or from the pond at the bottom. There are countless opportunities for walks, hikes or bike rides. It is ideal to combine them with resting in the shade of a flowering apple tree in the garden.

Apartment in the heart of Šumperk

Recharge your batteries in our spacious 60m² apartment, where comfort, style and tranquility come together. The dominant feature is a three-meter reading alcove, an ideal place for evenings with a book, wine or a movie after a day full of trips or skiing. A fully equipped kitchen with an automatic coffee machine, a spacious hallway for bicycles and skis and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer ensure maximum comfort. Up to four guests can sleep here - on a double bed, a sofa bed or a large futon (3 × 1 m).

Enjoy a great stay with an outdoor wellness area with a hot tub, sauna and cooling tub, all with a magnificent view. In summer, you'll enjoy the pool, sun loungers, table tennis, climbing frames, a children's house with a kitchenette. Fire pit, covered seating, BBQ. The house is located a short distance from the train station and the Kouty ski resort, where there is a restaurant, pizzeria and bowling alley. We offer discounted conditions for skiing and a free ski bus to the Kouty resort.

House by the beach

The modern house by the beach in Pastviny welcomes you. Enjoy private grilling right by the reservoir, with a built-in draft beer system. The modern, fully equipped house located directly on the beach with a view of the reservoir offers accommodation for up to 12 people. The parking area in front of the house accommodates 4 to 5 cars. The house has 237.35 m² of floor space and central electric heating. The property is partially fenced, spacious, and offers private access to the beach.

I offer a brand new, modernly furnished apartment in a quiet part of Šumperk. A few steps from the swimming area Aqacentrum Šumperk - indoor and outdoor pool with a sauna world. In front of the apartment Šenkes fish - playground, skate park, multi-purpose sports field and bike path. Within walking distance of the train station and the city center. The apartment is ideal for short-term stays, weekends, or trips to the foothills of the Jeseníky Mountains. Dogs are also welcome.:)

We are a Czech-Korean couple living in a 400 years old :) We will be happy to show you around and show you how the reconstruction is going. Stay with us and relax in the Jeseníky Mountains.♥ In summer, it is an ideal destination for hiking, cycling and water sports. The Morava River flows next to the castle and a long-distance bike trail called the Moravian Trail runs along it. In winter, it is close to cross-country skiing and the large ski resorts of Dolní Morava and Ramzová.

Tré je designová chata, kde klademe důraz na detail a pohodlí. Zrelaxovat můžete v privátní venkovní panoramatické sauně na dřevo. Tré je připravena jak na vaření, tak i na úklid. Samozřejmostí jsou espresso kávovar (káva v ceně), bluetooth Bose reproduktor nebo vysoké americké pružinové postele. Vytápění pomocí krbu, v koupelně podlahové topení. Přímo pod chatou je možné parkování zdarma.
