The apartment "Berlin" (75 m²) with bathtub and its own sauna. It is located on the ground floor of the modern extension of our old Montafon farmhouse. Separate entrance with two parking spaces right outside the door. It has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large kitchen and dining area and a cozy sofa corner. A sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional guests. The small ground-level outdoor terrace is accessible from the living area or the large bedroom.

The '12er Residence' is the former family apartment of the '12er Huus', which was renovated in 2022-24. The apartment offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen with beverage cooler and bar counter, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a sports depot (skis, bikes) and a charging station for the e-mobile.
