You live within walking distance to the fast boat dock and it takes only 10 minutes until you are in the center of Ålesund. Short distance to Langevåg city center where you will find Devoldfabrikken with outlet stores, café, and artisans. There is electric car charging. Proximity to sports facilities, outdoor park and hiking trail. And you have Sulafjellet not far away with a built up mountain trail and many different hiking destinations. Excellent starting point for day trips throughout the region.

One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. The basement has a double door, a view of the fjord, and its own toilet/laundry room and refrigerator/freezer.

The apartment is suitable for many types of guests: couples who want a quiet weekend getaway, families, or people on business trips in the area. The apartment has a private entrance, is bright, and was newly renovated a few years ago. You have your own lawn for your free use. Here you live centrally in Spjelkavika, just a few minutes from Moa shopping center, cinema, swimming pool and great hiking opportunities. Ålesund city center is about a 10-minute drive away. Although the public transport is good, we recommend a car.
