Within easy reach of Hereford city centre and close to many other popular places ie Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains, the Golden Valley, the Showgrounds of the Three Counties and the Royal Welsh to name but a few! Old Shop Cabin is a beautiful and relaxing place from which to enjoy Hay-on-Wye (the famous book town) and the wonderful countryside of the Black Mountains, the Brecon Beacons, and Herefordshire's Golden Valley. The cottage is adjacent to our house in the quiet village of Bredwardine. We are in an excellent position for site seeing, walking and cycling, our local hotel is well known for salmon and course fishing along with good food there's also a number of country inns who serve food within a 10 minute drive for those who prefer not to cook. The county town of Hereford is 12 miles and the famous town of books Hay on Wye is 8 miles
