Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Would you like to spend some relaxing days in nature and the mountains? Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2 km to the town center) with a stream right outside the door! From here you can start directly for hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. Modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and fiber optic internet invite you to relax or work in the apartment. The Stuiben apartment is located in Blaichach-Ettensberg at the end of a dead end road directly under the "Mittag". From here you can start out into nature without a car. The apartment is on the 1st floor is equipped with up to 4 bedrooms, a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub and an extra toilet. On two balconies you can enjoy the sun and relax all day long. One parking space is available right in front of the house.

Fantastic farmhouse II in the Allgäu

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with a large kitchen-living room two bathrooms, a separate toilet and 5 bedrooms over three floors.
