Make new memories in this one-of-a-kind and family-friendly space. With a view of the lake Yngaren and the meadow directly outside, the house has an undisturbed location. Located on a hill with sun all day. 150 meters to the swimming area with sandy beach, jetty and swimming raft. A well-stocked shop is available a short drive or walk away. Since we have many children in the family, the house is equipped with toys, bunk bed, travel bed etc. The house was completed in 2023. Three bedrooms 1. 210cm double bed 2. 140cm double bed 3. Refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave and housewares. Hot plate and grill outside. Riining water is in the shower area. Please bring your own linens and towels.

Dining for 4pcs, kitchenette with hot plate induction,and fridge. About 7 min by car into the city center and central station, bus station 600 m away from the house. Located surrounded by nice nature and good walking paths. Please note that you bring your own sheets and towels. Pillows and duvets are of course provided.

Here at Enebacken, you live on a secluded plot with a couple of minutes' walk to the nice beach. The house consists of one double bedroom, one loft with two single beds and a combined living room and hall with sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped and it is nice to eat both indoors, on the patio or in the sunroom. There is both a wood stove and a fireplace if it is not bathing weather. There is plenty of play space and a child-friendly beach just around the corner.

Här kan du bo helt utan störande ljud av trafik osv. Njut istället av ljudet av naturen. Räkna med att det landar fåglar precis framför er i vattnet och naturen ger sitt otvetydliga avtryck. En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt. Här får du ett helt nybyggt hus med alla bekvämligheter.

Cabin by the water

We have a house of 70 sqm located 20 minutes from Nyköping and 20 minutes from Katrineholm. 1.30 minutes from Stockholm. As you are welcome to rent long or short time. It is lake view and they take 3min to walk down to the beach. Good fishing water and a good walking path for those who like to exercise. There are nice places to find mushrooms around. Can be reached by public transport. (Bed linens/bedding/towels are not included)
