Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

Accommodation on Gräddö 15 minutes from Norrtälje! We rent out our nice house located high in the sun from morning till night. There is hot water. The tent is only set up in the summer. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms as well as one bathroom and a kitchen. Please let us know how many you are and what you have plans with and during your stay. This is to make us feel safe with our tenants as well as to have your stay as good as possible. Previous reviews are from renting a residence in town.

In addition to lovely lawns that invite you to play, there is also a large electrically heated hot tub (without bubbles) for 10-12 people and a sauna for about 8 people. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en privat brygga och bjuder in till bad.
