The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

The cottage is newly renovated with a Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, fire pan, and outdoor fireplace. Sleeping space for 6. Rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in ocean gap and nature

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. Grimstad is also worth a visit, 17 km, and if you want to visit the zoo in Kristiansand, a 40 min drive will take you there.
