There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

You'll love my place because it's located in rural surroundings with very good hiking opportunities in Åsbieskogen which is a nature conservation area bordering the home. The apartment is modern and the building is newly built in 2015. The neighborhood is quiet, well-established and safe. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. Rent a car if needed.

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, all for itself with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cottage is newly renovated with a Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, fire pan, and outdoor fireplace. Sleeping space for 6. Rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in ocean gap and nature

Good bus connections to both Grimstad and Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is only 35 minutes away by car.
