Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Possibility of visits to the Puisaye (Guédelon, Moulin Blot, Saint Amand en Puisaye, Château de Ratilly...) and the nearby surroundings (Clamecy, La Charité sur Loire, Cosne sur Loire, Donzy...). Easy access and lots of hiking possible from the house. Friendly welcome but not intrusive. Small peaceful haven for a stopover or a short stay. House located next to a church that rings the hours.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, fridge, 2-burner gas stove, coffee maker etc. Entrance with wardrobe, upstairs large room approximately 40 m2 in the attic, double sofa bed, 3 single beds plus a baby bed, TV. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet, changing table. Heating by electric radiators.
