In winter, it is possible to swim in the ice water from the jetty, if the weather allows, ski trails are run up on the lake. The surroundings consist of berry and mushroom forests with beautiful walking paths. In the summer, you can take a ride with the rowing boat or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. The cottage is located only 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

Lillstugan in Tomtebo is a house from the 1600s and thus the farm's oldest building. The house was renovated about 20 years ago. On the farm, the host family lives in a rural environment with chickens, cats and rabbits. There is a travel bed for small children in the accommodation. In the village of Stora Skedvi, which is 5 km from the accommodation, there is Skedvi Bröd, where you can shop for local produce in the market hall or eat fantastic food in the restaurant. Welcome to this cozy cottage at the edge of Dalälven, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors, there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and WiFi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot basks in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the dock. Firewood and canoe are available for a fee. One bedroom with double bed, and a 140 cm sofa bed upstairs. P.S. Keep an eye out for the beaver on the water in the evening

You will also find good shopping in Kupolen Borlänge just 18 km away. Firewood for the fireplace is on site. During spring, summer and autumn, the deep Solvarbo ravine is 100 meters from the house, which provides a nice nature experience. In Säter there is also a golf course in beautiful nature by Lake Ljustern.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
