A me 100 dal campo di atletica Saverio COZZOLI a 400 mt dal palazzetto Pala poli è vicinissimo alla strada statale 16 bis  La casa ha accesso immediato a decine di bar, ristoranti e club, e con una passeggiata di 20 minuti si raggiunge raggiungere la spiaggia ed il lungomare.   La casa è dotata di impianto di aria condizionata, WiFi stabile e veloce e Smart TV .
