Through large panoramic windows you can be tickled by the sun as you wake up and watch the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, which you can only get with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden construction. "Saas, where the sun shines longer" Located on a sunny slope, in the middle of Prättigau. Idyllic, quiet Walser settlement. From Landquart in twenty minutes to Saas. Twenty minutes to Davos. In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.
