From the kitchen window above the terrace you can see west into the sunset. The huge garden with 1500 sqm and old trees is a jungle for children to play hide and seek. Non-smokers only please. We offer a beautiful small house -approx. 100sqm with its own entrance and a wonderful view of a green garden. Our house is 200m from the center of Neustadt Donau and about 5km from Abensberg. From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
