Enten på stranda, rundt borrehaugene, og ved museumene på Karljohansvern. 10 minutters gange til Rørestrand for et friskt bad. 10-15 minutter til fergekai og sentrum. 30 minutter til Midgard viking senter og borreparken langs kyststien, som er 5 minutter fra hybelen. Det er en 2seter sofa i oppholdsrommet, liten sittebenk ved spisebordet og bad. Hytta inneholder et minikjøkken med utstyr for matlaging. Veranda utenfor som hører til, med bord og to stoler. Det er ikke kjørevei fram til hytta, så bagasje må bæres fra p-plassen og opp, ca 50-60m.
