Apartment with garden in Eslida

Restored village apartment in the heart of Sierra Espadan. It has three bedrooms with a double bed and a private bathroom for each bedroom. It has a kitchen, dining room with bioethanol stove-fireplace (additional €5 per liter of fuel) and terrace with a 300-square-meter fenced garden with barbecue (firewood not included). Our guests can enjoy the tranquility of the natural park as well as all its trails that are very well marked, and if they prefer they can do adventure activities in the surroundings. It is also a perfect enclave for mountain-bike lovers (medium-high level). Eslida is surrounded by natural spring water sources and has paella pans and picnic areas. We are 10 km from the CV-10 motorway (exit 1), just 40 minutes from Valencia and 20 minutes from Castellón. Despite being in the middle of the mountain, we are only 17 km from the beach.

Enjoy this spectacular loft located in a mountain development. With privileged views and direct access to the mountain for walks, climbing or cycling. One double bed, two single beds, and a sofa. Smart TV and WiFi. Full bathroom, fireplace and cold kitchen with microwave, sandwich maker, electric iron, coffee maker, kettle and refrigerator. Also barbecue in the garden or in the fireplace itself when it's cold. Strategic area, close to everything: sea, mountain, golf, city and summer festivals.

Rustic farmhouse in a natural setting on the Lucena mills route

Rustic house located in Lucena del Cid (Peñagolosa natural park), terrace, pool, barbecue and river to bathe 10 min. walk.(90 meters from house and 400 meters garden.). You can bring your pets ,if it weighs up to 10kilos, it's 20 euros per stay. If you are a family with minor children, we do not charge a supplement. On June 15, the pool is opened and 15 September is closed; you can not use the barbecue from June 1 until September 15 for the risk of fire,it is a natural place.

Little House with Garden near "Arenal" Beach

Next to the Arenal Beach, the surroundings are very pleasant, ideal for strolling around the natural park of El Clot or The Marina. The Desierto de Las Palmas and the Maestrazgo offer the possibility to enjoy the mountains in just under half hour´s drive. Valencia and Peñíscola are also less than 1 hour, and Castellón and Villarreal are both 15 minutes. You will enjoy a very cozy home. Ideal for couples with or without children, groups of up to 3 or 4 friends, all welcome.
