The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house on the outskirts of Kalameny village, about 500 m from a thermal spring. It consists of independent hallway, bedroom, independent kitchen, toilet and bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen has an electric oven with a stovetop, a refrigerator, and a kettle. Heating is electric. Parking is possible in front of the house or in the courtyard. Near the house natural thermal swimming pool, Old castle Liptov (Sielnický castle), Spa Lúčky, Aquapark Bešeňová, dam Liptovská Mara.

A modern bathroom features a spacious shower enclosed by sleek glass panels, highlighting textured stone walls. A compact toilet is positioned adjacent to the shower, while soft gray mats add warmth to the flooring. Minimalist fixtures complete the clean and contemporary look.

The apartment in a residential house is a fully furnished new building, suitable for a family of 2+1+1, or 1-2 couples, for those who go to Liptov behind Ski Jasna, hiking, wellness, caves that Liptov offers. Ski Jasná ,Tatralandia, Bešeňová, Demänová, all within 15 minutes, the village has 2x groceries, Pub and bar . Super accessibility. Center Liptovsky Mikulas - 10 minutes. It's a new building, the place is comfortable. The apartment is located on the ground floor. Only a place to stay, it doesn't have an outdoor seating.
