Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is really right on the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We've been renting the apartment for over 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting. We have contracts with a laundry, an air-conditioning company, and a "handyman" who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent, they've been with us since the beginning.

It has beach service with umbrellas and chairs, a heated pool, sauna, fitness center and tennis court. There is an ice machine in the building for guest use. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Located in block H of the Costa do Sol condominium in Guaratuba, the house is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. Check-in and check-out are at 12 p.m., and the condominium does not allow loud noise after 10 p.m.
