The apartment is suitable for friends, couples, families with children, business travelers, cyclists, solo travelers... actually for everyone. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Dish soap and dish towels are available. Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, ventilation and dehumidifier. In addition, clothes racks, ironing board and iron are available for your laundry.

The spacious and bright attic apartment (100 m²) can accommodate 4-5 people. The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed and a crib for 2 children. The air-conditioned living room also has a pull-out sofa bed. Our garden with pool (season mid-May-September) is available for shared use. Trampoline, large meadow for playing soccer, fire bowl and grill available. We are located exactly between Regensburg and the Upper Palatinate Lake District (about 20 km).
