Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

Beautiful accommodation for two people with a sunny view into the Albula Valley. The quiet village of Schmitten with its historic church hill is located on a sun terrace, centrally located between Davos and Lenzerheide, in the Parc Ela natural paradise. The famous Landwasser Viaduct is within walking distance. Perfect for active nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet who want to discover this authentic region, but also appreciate the proximity to major tourist centers.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Unwind in Bergün

This spacious apartment is located in the middle of Bergün in a listed historic Bündner house with a stable on the first floor. This apartment sleeps 4 people with 2 double bedrooms and has been carefully furnished and decorated in collaboration with IKEA. A perfect place for relaxation, recreation, and unwinding. The house is located in the middle of Bergün, opposite the old tower and near Volg in the middle of the historic village center.

Chasa Muntanella Bergün

The house is in a great location on the outskirts of the village on the famous ALBULA railway and is easily reachable by train. In wildly romantic, intact landscape, impressive village image in Engadine style, versatile opportunities for schools, youth camps and families. A new apartment in old walls awaits its guests. It is located directly on the Landwasser. The Rinerhornbahn and Davos Glaris train station / bus stop are a 2-minute walk away. The modern kitchen is integrated into the living room. Cozy 2 room apartment 36 m² with separate entrance. The bedroom is in the attic on the second floor. Bed size: two mattresses 1.80 m x 2 m. A pull-out sofa bed for another person is in the living/kitchen area. WiFi, parking is included in the price. Additional costs to be paid in cash on site Tourist tax: 5.50 per adult/night, 2.60 per child/night (6-12 years). Guest card benefits, free use of train and bus from Küblis - Davos.

The small apartment is centrally located, quiet and with a beautiful view of the river (Tuors) and the mountains. It is located on the 2nd floor. The interior is cozy and the lots of wood, the comfortable sofa and the wool carpet create a cozy atmosphere. The studio can be reached on foot from the railway station in 4-5 minutes. A free parking lot is available. Sockets are provided with USB ports

Historic farmhouse

The 500-year-old farmhouse of my grandfather has been gently renovated with an eye for detail. The house is in the core zone of Latsch, which belongs to the inventory of protected locations. In Latsch, a part of the two Heidifilms was also shot. Latsch is located on a sun terrace and also has plenty of sun in winter and invites you to walks and hikes.
