Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

Very nice penthouse with large sunny balcony in Alvaneu. Dream location in the middle of the mountains with fantastic views. Old village center with grocery store and restaurant, golf course in Alvaneu Bad only a few minutes away. In the middle of the adventure and hiking area "Naturpark Ela", also many cycling and biking tours possible. Situated on the Unesco Heritage railroad line Albula/Bernina, panoramic train ride from Filisur to Preda. Landwasser viaduct can be reached on a beautiful hike.

Away from the hustle and bustle and yet close. Newly renovated studio for weekends, short or long vacations, mushroom collectors, train lovers.... In 5 minutes to the post bus and shopping, farm shops around the corner. Kitchenette with dishwasher and oven. 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. Washing machine for shared use for a fee by arrangement in the main house. Parking: for loading and unloading at the house, free parking 5 minutes away. Pets welcome if they are cat-friendly.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

A cozy and stylish apartment with beautiful views of the magnificent mountain landscape awaits you. The apartment has all-day sun and has a patio. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a bathtub and the living room invites you to linger. Located on the outskirts of the village and not far from a bus stop, the apartment serves as an ideal starting point for many excursion destinations. The cross-country ski trail is a 3-minute walk away.

This spacious apartment is located in the middle of Bergün in a listed historic Bündner house with a stable on the first floor. This apartment sleeps 4 people with 2 double bedrooms and has been carefully furnished and decorated in collaboration with IKEA. A perfect place for relaxation, recreation, and unwinding. The house is located in the middle of Bergün, opposite the old tower and near Volg in the middle of the historic village center.

Chasa Muntanella Bergün

The house is in a great location on the outskirts of the village on the famous ALBULA railway and is easily reachable by train. In wildly romantic, intact landscape, impressive village image in Engadine style, versatile opportunities for schools, youth camps and families. A new apartment in old walls awaits its guests. It is located directly on the Landwasser. The Rinerhornbahn and Davos Glaris train station / bus stop are a 2-minute walk away. The small apartment is centrally located, quiet and with a beautiful view of the river (Tuors) and the mountains. It is located on the 2nd floor. The interior is cozy and the lots of wood, the comfortable sofa and the wool carpet create a cozy atmosphere. The studio can be reached on foot from the railway station in 4-5 minutes.
