Retreat farmhouse is tucked away on a small almond farm which is part of a large fruit farming business. The guest house is ideal for those seeking relaxation and privacy. We are newly solar-powered therefore we are LOADSHEDDING FRIENDLY There are numerous activities including fynbos walks, trail running, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, swimming, bouldering and adventure biking.

The camp was built with 100% recycled materials and is equipped with 12 volt solar lighting system, WIFI, USB port and on demand gas geyser. There are no plugins for electrical appliances. Klipkop High Mountain Stone Cottage

The farm's fourth cottage is built of rock between two boulders. The interior is very comfortably furnished with ceder-clad walls and ceder floors, two comfortable 3/4 beds, a fireplace, kitchenette and a bathroom clad in rock with sliding doors opening onto the landscape. The cottage faces north with a view of Sneeuberg. There is a large sliding door opening onto the patio with a retractable awning and a braai to enjoy the extraordinary views in every direction.

The quaint little cottage is in between the guava orchid of a working farm with beautiful views of the mountain. In season time you can pick and eat guavas.( Apr- Oct). Guests can relax in the #Kolkolhottub under the stars and read a book. There is lots of space to mountain bike or walk. Have a barbecue inside or outside. You can wonder around the farm or visit many interesting places in town, or hike up 22 Waterfalls or Groot Winterhoek Reserve
