City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). By car in about 5 minutes. We live with our children in the house. We are happy to help with questions, tips and a chat.

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

You can expect a cozy and lovingly furnished 1.5-room apartment (45 sqm) with a kitchen, bathroom, terrace and a beautiful view of nature as well as parking right outside the door. Welcome to our newly designed accommodation in the beautiful Remstal! THE perfect base for exploring Stuttgart, but also our wine region. The S-Bahn (suburban train) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, and the journey time to the main train station is less than 30 minutes. You live in a separate area on the ground floor of our house with its own access and small terrace far from any road traffic. We live on the upper floor with our 2 kids (2 and 6 years).
