Buitenhuysje de Roos is recent helemaal vernieuwd en heerlijk rustig gelegen. Het huisje is klein maar fijn, circa 55m2 en heeft 3 slaapkamers. In 2022 is ons huisje verbouwd, met een nieuwe badkamer, keuken en gietvloer. Er is een haard en fijne houten veranda, waar je heel privé zit, met prachtig uitzicht. Binnen 5 min. rijd je naar Bergen of Schoorl, waar je supermarkten, leuke winkels en horeca vindt. De duinen en het bos zijn op loopafstand en op de fiets ben je in 20 min op het strand.

Het appartement op de 1ste verdieping beschikt over een woonkamer met balkon, zithoek, eettafel en een volledig uitgeruste open keuken. Badkamer met wastafels, regendouche, was/droogmachine en een apart toilet. Twee slaapkamers uitgerust met boxspring bedden, smart tv en kledingkast. Het appartement beschikt over een balkon. U mag gebruik maken van de tuin op de begane grond gebruik, echter is deze wel in aanleg.

Keuken met vaatwasser, groot Falcon fornuis met twee ovens en een grill. In de tuin op het zuiden geniet je tot laat in de avond; ook onder de parasol. BBQ aanwezig. Fietsafstand van strand en duinen in Bergen aan Zee, bossen en uiteraard het centrum van Bergen met winkels en restaurants.

100 jaar oude boerenwoning met 7 fietsen

Het vakantiehuis is gelegen aan het Noord-Hollands kanaal. Het huis is niet heel stil gelegen, maar wel gezellig en centraal t.o.v. Alkmaar, Bergen en Schoorl. Zeer geschikt voor vriendinnenclubjes, fietsclubjes en gezinnen, die niet op een vakantiepark willen zitten. Het huis heeft veel oorspronkelijke details, wat het sfeervol en karakteristiek maakt. Het huis is geschakeld aan de woning van de eigenaar, maar er is volop privacy en een royale eigen tuin.
