The Dévai-LUX Apartment is located in downtown Sárvár, on a quiet, tranquil street. The apartment house was handed over in 2020. For those looking for vacation and relaxation, we highly recommend our apartment. The bathroom and the city center are easily accessible by walking, so you can keep your car in the enclosed courtyard and safe. The nearby arboretum gives the apartment its green belt character. Our place is well-designed and promises real relaxation. During operation, we pay special attention to environmental awareness!

Rosewood house

The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

With a sauna, spa area (accessible via an external staircase), fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, gazebo and wood-burning stove, life & nature can be enjoyed to the fullest.

Exclusive Seewinkel vacation home

The vacation home is located directly at the National Park Neusiedler See Fertö Hansag and is therefore unique. At the property boundary, the National Park area begins with a great view of the National Park, the surrounding towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch and Fertörakos, and in the distance you can see the Schneeberg on clear days. A diverse bird and animal world is preserved here. Greylag geese, cranes, storks and silver herons and red deer are part of the seasonal daily routine here.

Tub bath getaway

A real treasure chest hidden among the traditional cellar rows of Gyarmat. The small cottage is the perfect place for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and want a little peace and quiet. All this can be done next to a relaxing hot tub, with its own vegetable garden, fruit trees (depending on the season), a huge green garden and a beautiful panorama. If you are lucky, you can even see deer or rabbits jumping over it in the morning and evening hours.

The apartment boasts panoramic views of the Rába Quelle Water Complex right opposite the building; Széchenyi István University a 9-minute walk away across the river; the Castle of Győr located a 12-minute stroll away; and the Synagogue. Ideal for solo travelers and couples, but can also comfortably fit parties of three. Note that this is a walk-up apartment.
