Spacious house with garden, 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Very well placed to visit the Basque Country. Just 1 minute from the motorway connecting to Donostia-San Sebastian (20 minutes), Biarritz (30 minutes), Bilbao and Guggenheim (1h15min), and the whole Basque coast. Being well connected means that there may be some traffic (not the highway) outside of the house, with some noise during peak hours. It is within a 5-minute walk from the Spanish border and its shops. Enjoy our home!

Guests can enjoy the tranquility of Hendaye while being close to the beach and the city center. The 105 m2 loft is located facing Txingudi Bay, it has a large terrace with views where you can have lunch and a shaded balcony where you can have your coffee. Everything is within walking or cycling distance. There's also free and secure parking. A playground is located at the bottom of the apartment. Very Quiet Neighborhood.

This modern apartment is located in a typical Basque farmhouse that is over 500 years old. Located specifically in the Gipuzkoan town of the Ergoyen neighborhood, not far from San Sebastián (15Km), at the foot of the Aiako Harria Natural Park and on the banks of the Oiartzun River. The location allows you to visit the surrounding coastal villages, hike, and run along the 20Km Arditurri route that passes by the house.
