PLEASE NOTE: The capacity of the Villa is set at 6 ADULTS + 4 CHILDREN MAXIMUM. The Villa is located on a vast 15,000 m2 property, bordered by a stream on the edge of the forest. The 12 m x 4 m private pool, secured by an electric roller shutter, is surrounded by a large wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs. Fully air-conditioned, equipped and carefully decorated, the Villa offers modern and elegant comfort that will delight families or couples with children.

To get to Villa Lanperna in San Sebastián, it takes approximately 30 minutes (25 km) from San Sebastián Airport (EAS), about 1 hour (100 km) from Bilbao Airport (BIO), less than 10 minutes (3 km) from La Concha Beach. By booking two houses, up to 14 people can be accommodated (7 bedrooms).

Spain is 5 minutes away, and you will discover the culture and traditions on both sides of the border, which in fact is not one, because the Basque Country is unique from north to south.

Spacious house with garden, 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Very well placed to visit the Basque Country. Just 1 minute from the motorway connecting to Donostia-San Sebastian (20 minutes), Biarritz (30 minutes), Bilbao and Guggenheim (1h15min), and the whole Basque coast. Being well connected means that there may be some traffic (not the highway) outside of the house, with some noise during peak hours. It is within a 5-minute walk from the Spanish border and its shops. Enjoy our home!

This modern apartment is located in a typical Basque farmhouse that is over 500 years old. Located specifically in the Gipuzkoan town of the Ergoyen neighborhood, not far from San Sebastián (15Km), at the foot of the Aiako Harria Natural Park and on the banks of the Oiartzun River. The location allows you to visit the surrounding coastal villages, hike, and run along the 20Km Arditurri route that passes by the house.
