It’s perfectly set up for families and couples alike, and is a comfortable 5 minute walk into the centre of town. There is a well stocked supermarket 50 m away, with the bus stop to local beaches 3 mins walk away.The house has 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom each with individual air conditioning . The terrace has all day sun, with amazing sunsets.

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Enjoy our private swimming pool (8mx3m) and poolhouse during the warm season 🍹. The house is also very cool in the wintertime 🪵. Also close to the Villa, you got wineyards, well-known golf clubs, and kids attractions.
