A lot of history packed in a spacious (1700 ft 2) house equipped with all the modern conveniences. Large bedrooms with each its bathroom. Ideally located to visit the area, Padirac, Rocamadour... Great for cyclists, anglers and walkers, a well-equipped, cosy house, 3 minutes walk to central amenities, bars and cafes, and less than 10 minutes walk to the Dordogne River - far enough from evening terraces for a quiet night. Good storage for sporting equipment. There are pretty villages to mooch around, endless fishing spots, biking routes, summer evening markets, waterfalls, walking and wild swimming spots. Electric car charging at 20 paces.
