Newly renovated in 2019 with two hundred square meters facing the sea with spectacular views, light and airy decor. 300 m to pebble beach beloved by families with young children for its calm and shallow waters, fishing pier. 2 km to White Strand beach. It is an ocean front property directly on the sea, looking at the Bere Island Lighthouse, very quite and private within walking distance to Castletownbere. It has a private automatic gate and the property has a slipway to the sea. Beautiful area to go canoeing. Seals can be seen from time to time. You can watch the Castletownbere fishing boat going out to sea.
