Located on the first floor of a romantic-style building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the city's attractions are just a few steps away from the apartment: Buen Pastor Cathedral, Loyola Street and its shops, San Martin shopping mall, La Concha Beach, the Old Town, the metro station... Everything San Sebastián offers within a 5-minute walk. A car is not necessary, unless you are interested in taking excursions around the area (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). There is 24-hour public parking 1 minute away at the driver's expense. Apartamento céntrico de 67 m2, ¡totalmente reformado! A sólo 300 m de la Catedral del Buen Pastor y a 600 m de la playa ¡En pleno centro de la ciudad! Con wifi y calefacción. El apartamento cuenta con 2 dormitorios, (uno con cama de 1,35 m y el otro con cama de 1,60 m) y amplio salón-cocina-comedor. Los dos dormitorios y el salón tienen balcón y vistas a la calle. La cocina está totalmente equipada, incluso con lavavajillas, microondas y lavadora. ¡Apartamento muy acogedor y luminoso!
