Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The apartment has a front yard that can be used in the summer months for sitting and grilling. The apartment has a basement where you can store skis or bikes. At the same time, there is an outdoor parking space in front of the house. Everything in the city center, but close to natural beauty.

Beautiful and cozy apartment on the edge of the forest, 100 sqm, newly renovated, free for you from now on. The apartment is located in Regenhütte, a small place at the foot of the gr. Arber in a quiet side street. Perfect for all seasons. Walking paths pass immediately beside the apartment. Falkenstein National Park is just 3.4 km away, while the ski and cross-country skiing area is just 4 km away. (Large arbor, board shafts, discs). Leisure baths with sauna are available in Zwiesel, Lam and Bad Kötzting. Just enjoy.

It is also possible to do hiking and biking or cross-country skiing in the area. The apartment is ideal for couple or families with children. Sleeping is provided on a sofa bed of 160cm, an upper bunk bed 80cm, and possibly a sofa bed for a fourth person. Close to groceries or a few restaurants and coffee shops. Free parking in front of the house.
