Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

The apartment in the Munich house with a balcony is located directly in the thermal baths of Bad Griesbach in the Rottal. The property is about 300 m from the thermal baths. Our guests can park their vehicle only 250 m away in an underground garage in a reserved parking space (included in the price). In the apartment you can use the Wi-Fi for free. The apartment has been renovated and consists of a bedroom with TV, newly equipped kitchenette with refrigerator and bathroom with walk-in shower.

The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.
