The apartment is in a house, with a terrace, bathroom, AC and equipment kitchen (61 square meters / 656 square foot). You are isolated from the village inhabitants and you have your own utilities. The house is located near Budva (9km / 5,6 mi) and Kotor (19km / 11.8 mi).

This carefully restored 3 bedroomed house with air conditioning and every modern convenience, is located in a small properties beside the sea in Orahovac, a quiet village in the most select part of the remarkably beautiful Kotor Bay, a World Heritage Site. At the rear, a garden has parking for one car; at the front, a small terrace and lawns extend 5 metres to the sea. The coast is uncrowded and very safe for children.

An open-plan living area features light-colored stone walls, complemented by modern furnishings. A dining table with white chairs sits in the foreground, while a television is mounted on the wall. A cozy seating arrangement is visible, with a plant adding a touch of greenery.
