We are located on Dog Lake part of the Rideau Canal, Kingston. Sleeps 4 comfortably could sleep 6, 2 bdrms queen beds + dbl futon. Dedicated 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks w/life jackets, games. Kitchen has full fridge n stove & outdoor BBQ. Kitchen is fully stocked. Indoor bathroom w/shower & outdoor shower. Feet from the water. Recently added portable a/c unit & we upgraded the outdoor fire pit. The break wall is currently out of commission. You can still, enjoy the view just not stand on it.

One large master bedroom with a king size bed, whirlpool tub in the room, and a private en-suite bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and double sink. There are patio doors going from the master bedroom out to the deck overlooking the lake. Two other bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom are in the loft. There is a large beautiful living room with cathedral ceilings.
