KisKas - eco riparian foresthouse

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

The Space You can approach the apartment by several local buses, also, there is free parking available in front of the house. It's a separate apartment on the ground floor with a window looking at the park of the city's water company. The apartment is 33 m2 and it has hi-speed WiFi. We don't smoke or keep pets in the apartment, we would like you to join us in this. The apartment has space for a maximum of 3 people: a double bed (140x200) and a bendable sofa (120x190),

Erkel Apartman is a tastefully renovated accommodation for 4 people. The heart of the city is just a 5-minute walk away. Located in a quiet, peaceful little street with free parking all day. The kitchen and dining room are nice, bright, and pleasant to look at and feel. Equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and cooking utensils. There is no baking and laundry. Built in the 1800s, completely renovated in 2020, a unique style, 4m high, 76 m2 bourgeois apartment. There are several guarded parking lots around the property. The apartment has a bedroom, kitchen-living room, large bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

U bent een fan van vissen, kanoën of u houdt gewoon van water od zwemmen dan bent u van harte welkom in het Hongaarse Vissershuisje. Het kleine en gezellige houten Vissershuisje is gelegen op maar 150 meter van de Donau. Een wandeling van 5 minuten en u kunt de hengel uitwerpen, kanoe te water laten en heerlijk kanoën. Overdag lekker aktief bezig zijn en dan ontspannen in het comfortabel houten Vissershuisje.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
