Elle est située à Bassin Plat, Saint-Pierre, à 135m d'altitude, vue magnifique et large sur la mer, et ville de Saint-Pierre, à 10 mn des plages en voiture, 5mn du centre commercial Leclerc, et autres centres commerciaux, dans un cadre agréable, au milieu de la canne à sucre. Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées et les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

Notre studio pour 2 personnes dispose d'une terrasse de 15 m² pour vos repas en plein air. Et pour les apéros couchers de soleil sur la petite plage de Terre Sainte, on s'y rend à pied, elle se trouve 50 mètres plus loin. L'accès au studio se fait à l'arrière de notre maison par une entrée indépendante. On peut aller au resto, boire un verre, ou faire ses courses à pied ou à vélo. Et pour les amateurs de paddle ou de wing foil, le spot se trouve à proximité immédiate du studio.
