Schön eingerichtete Wohnung in Gailingen am Hochrhein Die Wohnung befindet sich im UG eines Einfamilienhauses. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. An den Rhein sind es 10-15 min zu Fuß Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Wohnung Busanbindung in ca 150m Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubaugebiet. Unser Haus ist fertig. Aber ab und zu kann es Baulärm geben. (Anliegende Häuser) Außenanlage ist noch nicht fertiggestellt und wird im Sommer / Herbst 2019 nach und nach angelegt.

Ideales Wander- und Fahrradparadies. Natur pur. Wassersport im und auf dem Rhein (schwimmen, tauchen, paddeln etc.). Grosser Parkplatz direkt vor der Ferienwohnung. Langzeitgäste bis max. 3 Monate sind auch herzlich willkommen. Eine Unterkunft, in der man sich einfach richtig wohlfühlt!

Looking further downward the wineyards you will see the small lake of Nussbaumen, and further on, on clear days, you will see the the peaks of the alps from Säntis until the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau which are nearly 200 km away.

Der Eingang, Zugang zur Terrasse und das Badezimmer sind ebenerdig und deshalb auch für gehbehinderte Menschen geeignet. Auch der Toilettensitz ist erhöht und die Dusche ohne Stufe.
