Modern components are the parquet flooring and the underfloor heating. The house stands on a huge 1 ha. site featuring a large lawn, swimming pool, fruit trees and vegetable patches. The site belongs to a small but well known nursery that specialises in herbs and ornamental herbs. Sited in the middle of Tuscany, between Florence and the Mediterranean see (Versilia) Casa di Lea is easily reachable by car (the highway A11 is only 2km far away). The train station "Altopascio" can be reached in a couple of minute and the Pisa airport in ca. 30 min. Casa di Lea is the perfect solution for guests discovering Tuscany and looking for some rest in the beautiful Tuscan countryside after sightseeing tours and typical food experiences.

An ideal home to welcome even man's most faithful friends... dogs, who can run free in the fully fenced garden of over 2,000 square meters with parking. In 15 minutes we can reach Lucca and shortly after Pisa and Versilia. In 40 minutes, you'll reach Florence. Siena, Poggibonsi, Volterra, San Gimignano are worth seeing. Data la sua posizione (casello A11), è ottimale per visitare città come Lucca, Firenze, Pisa, Montecatini, Pescia - Collodi, Pistoia, Viareggio - Torre del Lago Puccini, Pontedera (Museo Piaggio), Montecarlo, Lajatico (Bocelli), oltre a siti naturalistici come il Padule di Fucecchio e il lago di Sibolla. In Chiesina vi sono buoni ristoranti e negozi tipici.

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.
