The homestead additionally owns the bank of the Neris River, 600 m away, with a wonderful view. On the shore there is a rest area with a hot tub, sauna (heating costs extra) and a spacious gazebo with an outdoor kitchen.

You can also enjoy charcoal grill, canoe, sound system, water trampoline at no extra costs. You only have to bring wood or charcoal for bbq. Music can be played outdoors until 22pm.
