Several areas with both shade and sun. Outdoor kitchen for barbecuing. Road all the way up. Only a few steps up. Washing water from pump on the terrace and drinking water is piped up. Take an outdoor shower or enjoy a lovely swim in the fresh water right below. You can fish for free, without a fishing license. The photos will differ somewhat, as they are taken from the sales ad. Here you can live in a rural farm that is in daily operation, while living relatively centrally - 10 km to Horten, 19 km to Tønsberg, 12 km to Holmestrand and 3.5 km from exit 35 on E18. Many sights and places to visit! (Golf, beaches, museums, etc.). On the farm we have sheep, grain, fodder production and raspberries. Some noise from the operation will occur, as there is work that must be done with different machines and cars. The brewery house is located a bit by itself in the yard, with its own garden and porch.

Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.
