Comodo per raggiungere in qualche minuto a piedi la stazione ferroviaria. La struttura ha una ampia camera da letto matrimoniale semplice,comoda ma funzionale. Composta anche da ampio bagno (con phon)e angolo cottura con piccolo frigo,fornelli, e utensili adatti alla preparazione di piatti semplici. Spazio privato all'aperto annesso alla stanza.
