Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. The house is bordered by fields, is located in a very quiet and relaxing area and has an electric car charging station. The villa is 20 km from the beautiful seaside resort of Senigallia. A little further, you will find Mount Conero with its beautiful cliffs and wild nature.

This charming, fully renovated farmhouse offers you an oasis of tranquility. The 5,000 square meter property is completely fenced, not visible and has a large pool that offers cooling and relaxation. Surrounded by 150 olive trees, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. The house has two apartments (single rental possible), each with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room as well as three large bathrooms. Air conditioning on request.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
