Totally independent (we share the outdoor staircase), you have a large equipped terrace. Beautiful sea view. Parking is reserved for you in front of the house and it is also possible to park motorbike/bike securely. Beach and village center less than 5'drive away, free shuttle at the end of the cul-de-sac.

The apartment is on the heights of Banyuls sur mer, pretty village by the sea near the Spanish border and not far from Perpignan , the rental is located on the ground floor of the villa with a separate entrance! The apartment is rated 3 stars from the tourist office. Tennis courts 200 m away with rental on time.
