A small 15sqm apartment in the city center is ideal for those looking for a convenient and comfortable space in a great location. The apartment consists of one room that serves as a living room and a bedroom, a smaller kitchen and a bathroom. The room is furnished with a rollaway bed, coffee table, TV, and closet. The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances like fridge, stove, microwave and coffee machine. The bathroom is small but functional with a shower, basin, washing machine and wc.

There is an outdoor patio if the weather is good. Property manager is available if you need anything during your stay.

Comfortable and clean apartment with a lot of parking space (which costs 1.5 euro per day) , situated in a nice neighborhood, just about 800m from the very heart of the City and about 150m from the biggest Park in the City. It is 10 min walking distance from city center, located in a very quiet street surrounding, only couple of minutes away from the big city park with restaurants, coffeehouses and sport activities. A short walk will bring you to the government building and all city sites.
