In a decent family environment in the most beautiful bay of Avşa Island. 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the markets, 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with domestic appliances. You can start your holiday with just your suitcase, without the need for any additional items. Due to its location on the beachfront and in the decent family environment of Avşa Island, there are very few daily accommodation facilities around it and it has the calmest beach. 1+1 penthouse, sleeps two.

The tiny house is 10 minutes on foot and 1 minute by car from the beach. It is 2.5 km to the center of Erdek and is at the back of the Çuğra coast where the hotels are located.

Our apartment is 150 meters from the sea and has a private path leading to the beach. The beach is very wide and has gorgeous sand and trees. Along the beach, there are places that you can eat, drink and chill. With its panoramic view of the bay, the balcony offers a unique experience that you can share with your family and friends. You can use the stone grill to cook delicious food. It is a 5-minute drive to Tatlisu and Dalyan towns that You can meet your needs like Shopping, dining etc.

My 1+1 duplex apartment, centrally located in Bandırma Square, has 1 double bed, air conditioning, TV, kitchen and sink. Basic necessities such as towels, toilet paper, soap per person are available. Check-in is at 1:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. – I can be flexible depending on availability. I clean the apartment regularly, wash the sheets and towels myself. A pleasant holiday on Marmara Island

Our place is in a bay with a separate beach outside the center. It is a special house intertwined with garden pleasure, intertwined with art. This apartment belongs to my deceased father-in-law, Painter Prof. It was Mustafa Asler's workshop. The apartment also exhibits his own works and work tools.
